Dr. Lydia Bonner, DNP, CRNP, FNP-C
My name is Lydia Bonner, founder and clinical provider of My Wellness on Wheels. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner based in Repton, AL, with over 20 years of experience in healthcare.

I hold a Doctorate and a Master’s degree from Troy University, along with a BSN in Nursing from the same institution. I also earned a Master’s degree from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Science degree from Jefferson Davis Community College.

Through My Wellness on Wheels, I bring care directly to you and your family—delivering mobile, personalized healthcare built on trust, compassion, and a commitment to clinical excellence. My goal is to make high-quality care accessible, convenient, and family-friendly.

Mobile Concierge Visit Travel Fees
We are honored to bring high-quality, personalized care directly to your home, office, or location of choice. To make travel transparent and fair, we use a simple travel fee structure in addition to your visit cost.

Standard Mileage Rates:

Local Visits (0–20 miles round trip): $25 travel fee

Extended Visits (21–60 miles round trip): $50 flat fee

Long-Distance (61-75 round trip): $75 Beyond 75, add $2.00 per mile.

Reduced Rates for Uninsured Patients:

Local Visits: $15 travel fee

Extended Visits: $25 flat fee

Long-Distance: $40 Beyond 75, add $1.00 per mile

Membership Options
At My Wellness on Wheels, we are committed to making care accessible, family-focused, and convenient. That’s why we offer affordable membership options for individuals and families who want the convenience of care brought directly to them. Memberships give you predictable costs and flexibility, while still allowing per-visit options for those who prefer pay-as-you-go. Membership covers routine visits and standard telehealth. Note: New patient visits are billed separately at our standard rates.
All membership plans are billed monthly. For those who prefer fewer payments, we also offer quarterly and annual billing with built-in savings. All of our membership plans are designed with your household in mind.
